Governance Statement
Angel Meadow School is governed by Angel Meadow School Ltd, which holds overall responsibility for the strategic leadership, financial oversight and regulatory compliance of the school. The Proprietor works closely with the Headteacher to ensure high standards of education, safeguarding, and operational effectiveness are maintained in line with the Independent School Standards Regulations (2014).
The school operates a proprietor-led governance model supported by a School Advisory Board, which provides independent advice, support and constructive challenge. This ensures appropriate oversight of school performance, safeguarding and development, while maintaining clear accountability for the quality of education and outcomes for all pupils.
